Every human being has the power to choose. Once there was a human being who chose to become a failure and he became a failure. There was also another ordinary person who chose to become a saint, and he became a great saint. Just the power of choice.
You are the creator of your own destiny, you have the power to choose whatever you want in the present and future. In the morning, you choose your clothes, your breakfast, your exercise, and so forth, and this is simply exercising your power to choose.
Do you want to give love or hate? There are always two options in front of you -- the one who picks up the right option makes his life wonderful and the one who picks up the wrong option... makes his life is miserable. You have the choice. Do you want to believe that you can be healed or do you want to believe that nothing can be done? Do you want to choose to reach great success or believe that you cannot succeed? The choice is yours!
