Non vegetarian

Jsk good morning,
I learned a new meaning of a true vegetarian and a non vegetarian.

Next time when you get angry with someone,or just your family,remember you are a non vegetarian. What is non veg, it is when you speak negative,it is the greed,it is the hatred,it is the resentment.WE all are big sinners and non vegs when we get angry at our loved ones,we are killing our own family members, it may be not full death but partial death.Next time when you get angry think and slow down, quiet yourself.
Just calm yourself and just give love.

weight lifter

jsk good morning,
I always say to my sons that be aware of what you think,do or say. I found out a good way to keep us all,( at least try) to be aware.
Think about a weight lifter,he lifts so his muscles become strong, but after he is done lifting he puts down the weights. What will happen if he goes home and everywhere, with his weights, he will not be able to lift, no more than ten minutes.
Think what happens to us. We carry so much weight in our head all day long about so many unnecessary things.
Next time when you carry your garbage ,bags of groceries,12 can of coke,etccccccc.Think for a moment and practice to put down your mental weights too.

For today lets be free of negatives, past, unnecessary stuff we are carrying.
put it down, or if its a garbage truck day today, along with your home garbage, dump your mental garbage also.

calming

jsk, good morning,
What is calming,a state of deep relaxation,If you are in a state of deep relaxation you are more closer to god.when anyone is in a state of deep frustration ,no need to say, you know how you feel. always learn to be very calm.
when you are calm those five disturbances in your life will not bother you. what are those five disturbances. they are LUST, THE ANGER, THE INFATUATION, GREED,AND EGO.
when you in sate of total calmness again you are closer to divinity, and when you are restless you are away .
How you can become calm the word is SATISFACTION, satisfaction does not mean you become demotivated,or no desire to work.
Satisfaction means gratitude, whatever i have i am grateful, and dissatisfaction means ungratefulness.you have to create in you that whatever you are ,wherever you are be satisfied and then seek.With satisfaction you will seek and pro vale higher and higher, and with dissatisfaction you will complain.the person who is complaining is seeking also,but he is creating a rattling(disturbed) energy for himself . When you are calm,satisfied you create a focused energy.
take a self check .
choice is yours.the attitude of gratitude always sit and relax and then visulise what you have,what is given to you, not what you don't have.
For today just be satisfied for what you have.
