Your responsibility

JSK..good morning,

There is time to bid goodbye to the old and the ordinary, and to awaken the beauty within..and the time is now.
It is time to wake up and take charge of life...awaken to a new way of thinking.
Hurting someone's feelings due to my tone or way of speaking is not good at all and its not my responsibility that i have hurt the other person. Rather it is that person who has interpreted what I said and taken it personally to be hurt by such words. What happens in these situations is that the cycle of hurting goes on and on,but meanwhile we are always concerned about being safe on our side and not saying anything offensive.
It is, however, my responsibility the way I speak, its my responsibility that I change my way of speaking, to whatever i think is comfortable. even if you speak the sweetest words with true intentions and meaning. However, no matter what or how I may say something, the interpretation by others is beyond me and thus the feelings of hurt or contempt is out of my control.
So, it may not be the way I speak that is "offensive" but the root could be something deeper as I have to work on myself, my thinking, my speaking, my behaving, and I have to work on my self reference, know the competition is within me...it is that parameter that I need to understand and know clearly about myself...and then and only then will I realize where my faults and strengths lies.
So it may not be a direct and intention action but rather a "natural" reaction that we have that is the what cause the "problem" or offended reaction from others. The key is understanding and being knowledgeable of that and being smart to not let that come out in those situations.

We always say we won't do it again but we still we keep on doing it again and again and so many times promises are broken.
Why we do it repetitively for we have not thought to program our self.
Just remember that you are changing for yourself not for anyone...but all will benefit from such change.

Change requires three things:
The will to change
Knowing why to change
and How to make that change

Every day in the morning try to program your mind for you are changing your operating system how you want to be. You are your own boss and if you are the boss you better be the best. Just for today in this present moment, choose to change your one habit whether its your way of speaking, or your reaction to the other person's answer or reaction...its always and all about you and only you.
Change to be new, good, better and the best.

Take care,
Love ya,
Nima
